1. An apparatus for wireless communication, the apparatus comprising:
a processor; and
a memory coupled with the processor, the memory storing executable instructions that when executed by the processor cause the processor to effectuate operations comprising:
transmitting scheduling grants to a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) using a first beam;
receiving a feedback from the WTRU, wherein the feedback is based on a measurement associated with a second beam, wherein the feedback includes at least an index associated with the second beam, and wherein the measurement comprises a reference signal received power (RSRP) measurement of at least one reference signal associated with the second beam; and
based on the feedback, transmitting to the WTRU a beam reconfiguration command in a medium access control-control element (MAC-CE), the beam reconfiguration command comprising at least an index that identifies at least one third beam to use for monitoring scheduling grants.
