a communication interface communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; and
memory storing computer-readable instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the computing platform to:
extract, from an event processing request from an initiating internet of things (IoT) device, one or more event features;
produce, using a deep learning engine and based on the one or more event features, a smart contract corresponding to the event processing request;
identify, using a distributed ledger, whether the one or more event features comply with the smart contract; and
based on identifying that the one or more event features do comply with the smart contract, send, to an event processing system, authorization to process the event processing request, wherein sending the authorization to process the event processing request causes the event processing system to transfer funds from an account of a user corresponding to the initiating IoT device to an account of an enterprise corresponding to a service provider IoT device.
