12. A cellular network system, comprising:
a cellular network comprising a plurality of base stations;
a cellular network interference management system that functions as part of the cellular network, the cellular network interference management system configured to:
determine, based on orbital data for a satellite, a plurality of user equipment (UE) of which each UE is conducting an active call using a frequency band at a base station of the plurality of base stations;
perform, for each UE of the plurality of UE, a handover of the active call to a different frequency band; and
disable use of the frequency band at the base station following completion of the handover for each UE of the plurality of UE.
