1. A resonator device comprising:
a substrate having first and second principal surfaces opposite to each other, the second principal surface having a recess therein so that the substrate has a ledge on the second principal surface;
a resonator element mounted on the first principal surface of the substrate, the resonator element being configured by a center portion and a peripheral portion which is thicker than the center portion;
a thermo-sensitive element mounted in the recess of the second principal surface of the substrate via a bonding material; and
a plurality of electrode terminals disposed on the ledge of the second principal surface of the substrate, the plurality of electrode terminals being connected to one of the resonator element and the thermo-sensitive element,
wherein a first distance in a first direction perpendicular to the first principal surface from a mounting surface of one of the plurality of electrode terminals to an outer surface of the thermo-sensitive element is equal to or longer than 0.05 mm, and
a second distance in the first direction from the mounting surface of one of the plurality of electrode terminals to a first inner surface of the recess, on which the thermo-sensitive element is mounted, is less than 0.3 mm.
