1. A phase shifting system, comprising a transmission line phase shifter and a radio frequency (RF) inverter, wherein
the RF inverter comprises an inductance circuit arranged symmetrically along a symmetry axis and a first phase adjusting circuit arranged symmetrically along the symmetry axis, wherein the inductance circuit comprises a single-ended signal interface and a differential signal interface, and the first phase adjusting circuit comprises two controlled switches, wherein each controlled switch of the two controlled switches is connected between a ground wire of the RF inverter and a corresponding ground terminal of a pair of ground terminals in the single-ended signal interface, to enable the inductance circuit to perform in-phase or inverting phase shifting on a RF signal received; and
the transmission line phase shifter comprises a single-ended transmission line phase shifter coupled with the single-ended signal interface of the RF inverter or a differential transmission line phase shifter coupled with the differential signal interface of the RF inverter.
