wherein, in Formula 1,
M is Fe, Mg, Ca, Ag, Cu, Zr, Zn, or a combination thereof;
X is Cl, and
0≤x<1, 5≤(a+x)<7, 5≤a≤6, 4≤b≤6, and 0<(c+d)<1.
