1. A method, comprising:
determining an operating frequency for one or more memory operations of a dynamic random access memory (DRAM) device;
determining a target operating voltage for the DRAM device corresponding to the determined operating frequency;
generating a setting for a power management device according to the target operating voltage, wherein the power management device adjusts a supply voltage to the DRAM device according to the setting; and
communicating signals with the DRAM device for performing the one or more memory operations according to the determined operating frequency and the target operating voltage.
