1. A vehicle capable of operating autonomously or semi autonomously, the vehicle comprising:
one or more one display screens disposed on an exterior of the vehicle;
a plurality of self-driving sensors configured to generate sensed data corresponding to surroundings of the vehicle;
a computer system configured to obtain the sensed data and to generate a current condition based on the sensed data, wherein the current condition includes an object or a weather condition, wherein when the current condition includes the object, the computer system is further configured to determine a demographic of the object; and
a media processor configured to cause the one or more display screens disposed on the exterior of the vehicle to display a notification based on a display parameter, wherein when the current condition includes the object, the display parameter includes the demographic of the object, and wherein the media processor is further configured to select between an active mode and an inactive mode for the one or more display screens based on the sensed data, wherein the one or more display screens are caused to be turned off in response to the media processor selecting the inactive mode .
