1. A system for dynamic registration of anatomy of a patient using augmented reality, comprising:
an augmented reality system configured to display an augmented representation of an anatomical feature of the patient in an augmented reality environment;
an imaging system configured to image the anatomical feature of the patient and generate anatomical imaging data;
a measuring system configured to measure an anatomical movement of the patient and generate an anatomical movement data of internal movement of the anatomy of the patient, the anatomical movement data of internal movement of the anatomy of the patient including anatomical movement data collected over a movement cycle of the anatomy of the patient; and
a computer system in communication with the augmented reality system, imaging system, and the measuring system, the computer system configured to:
receive the anatomical imaging data from the imaging system and the anatomical movement data from the measuring system,
generate the augmented representation based on the anatomical imaging data,
associate the augmented representation with the anatomical feature of the patient,
correlate the augmented representation with the anatomical movement data,
selectively update the augmented representation based on the anatomical movement data,
render the augmented representation in the augmented reality environment on the augmented reality system, and
update the augmented representation by updating at least one of a position of the anatomical feature and a structure of the augmented representation by animating a transition between an original state of the augmented representation and the updated state of the augmented representation.
