1. A method for detecting duplicate authorization requests, comprising:
receiving, with at least one processor, an authorization request over an electronic payment processing network associated with an electronic payment transaction;
determining, with at least one processor, whether the authorization request is a potential duplicate authorization request or is not a duplicate authorization request based on a bloom filter;
in response to determining that the authorization request is a potential duplicate authorization request, determining, with at least one processor, a connectivity quality associated with the electronic payment processing network;
determining, with at least one processor, that the connectivity quality fails to satisfy a quality threshold; and
in response to determining that the connectivity quality fails to satisfy the quality threshold, determining, with at least one processor, the authorization request for processing.
