1. A smart table system comprising:
an interactive surface of a smart table;
a plurality of smart headsets; and
a processing circuit configured to:
detect a session trigger event based on detecting at least one user device is within a wireless communication range of the smart table system;
initiate a user session based on detecting the session trigger event, wherein the user session comprises establishing communication between the plurality of smart headsets, the smart table, the at least one user device, and the processing circuit;
authenticate the at least one user device and pair the at least one user device with the smart table;
update the interactive surface indicating successful pairing of the at least one user device with the smart table;
generate and provide graphical user interfaces to each of the plurality of smart headsets;
update a first graphical user interface comprising a first content for a first smart headset of the plurality of smart headsets; and
update a second graphical user interface comprising a second content for a second smart headset of the plurality of smart headsets;
wherein updating the first graphical user interface and the second graphical user interface occurs during the user session.
