1. A system, comprising:
a plurality of user devices comprising a first user device,
wherein the first user device comprises a first hardware processor, a first cryptographic key, and first personal data associated with a first user and a first data variable;
a node coupled to the plurality of user devices and comprising a second hardware processor; and
a plurality of intermediary nodes coupled to the plurality of user devices and the node, the plurality of intermediary nodes implementing a distributed ledger,
wherein the node is configured to transmit a broadcast request to the plurality of user devices, the broadcast request comprising a first data request associated with the first data variable,
wherein the first user device is configured to transmit, in response to receiving the broadcast request, encrypted data to the plurality of intermediary nodes based on the first personal data and the first cryptographic key, and
wherein the plurality of intermediary nodes are configured to transmit the encrypted data to the node using the distributed ledger.
