1. A cloud based storage medium tangibly embodying a program of instructions executable by a machine wherein said program of instruction comprises a plurality of program codes for determining real time three dimensional characteristics of traveling ionospheric disturbances (TIDs) said program of instructions, comprising:
program code for performing normalization on each measured wave period;
program code for generating a two-dimensional wave structure for a first period of time;
program code for generating a total wave field for the first period of time;
program code for storing total wave field for the first period of time;
program code for incrementing by a predetermined time and repeat generating steps for a second period of time; and
program code for merging total wave field from the first period of time with the second period of time.
