1. A testing device for testing wireless power receiver systems in electronic devices, the testing device comprising:
a transmitter antenna configured to:
couple with one or more receiver antennas of at least one of the wireless power receiver systems, and
transmit alternating current (AC) wireless signals to the one or more receiver antennas; and
at least one controller comprising:
at least one processor,
at least one non-transitory machine-readable medium, and
program instructions stored on the at least one non-transitory machine-readable medium that are executable by the at least one processor such that the at least one controller is configured to:
(i) generate testing signals for transmission to at least one of the electronic devices,
(ii) provide a driving signal for driving the transmitter antenna, based on an operating frequency for the transmitter antenna, such that the transmitter antenna emits a transmission in accordance with the driving signal, wherein the driving signal is configured to generate a power signal and a first asynchronous serial data signal in accordance with a wireless power and data transfer protocol, the first asynchronous serial data signal based on the testing signals,
(iii) receive testing data, in response to the testing signals,
(iv) decode the power signal to extract a second data signal compliant with the wireless power and data transfer protocol, and
(v) decode the second data signal compliant with the wireless power and data transfer protocol to extract a second asynchronous serial data signal, the second asynchronous serial data signal based on the testing data.
