1. A system for regulating a flow of a fluid, comprising:
a regulating device having a central axial transport duct that extends along a central axis of the regulating device, wherein the regulating device is adapted to establish at least one through-passage opening for the fluid, wherein each of the at least one through-passage opening is situated between two respective transport ducts for the fluid, including a respective radial transport duct that extends radially in a direction perpendicular to the central axis and that directly intersects with the central axial transport duct, wherein the regulating device further includes a respective piston provided in each respective radial transport duct, each respective piston including a respective axial passage extending therethrough to enable fluid to flow axially through each respective piston, wherein a normal vector of a cross sectional area of the at least one through-passage opening is oriented parallel to the central axis, and wherein a size of the cross sectional area is adjusted in dependence on a rotary speed of the regulating device turning about the central axis.
