               1. A support assembly comprising:
            a casing comprising:
                a front edge defining an opening; and
                  a radially external lateral surface comprising an annular seat, the annular seat comprising:
                an annular groove axially spaced from the front edge of the casing and connected to a number of axial grooves that interrupt radially at least part of the front edge of the casing; and
                  a cover comprising an annular coupling portion that extends toward the radially external lateral surface of the casing, the annular coupling portion comprising:
                at least one pair of teeth formed on a radially inside surface of the annular coupling portion and projecting radially inward, wherein each pair of teeth is spaced circumferentially from each other; and
                  a plurality of radially internal projections,
                wherein,
                the annular seat of the radially external lateral surface of the casing is configured to receive the teeth of the cover,
                the number of axial grooves is equal to a number of teeth on the cover,
                a bottom wall of the annular groove comprises a plurality of depressions alternating with a plurality of projections, the plurality of projections being arranged circumferentially offset with respect to the axial grooves,
                the plurality of radially internal projections engage with the radially external lateral surface of the casing along a circumferential portion free of axial grooves when the cover is mounted on the casing, and
                the plurality of radial internal projections engage with corresponding depressions in the annular groove of the casing when the teeth engage with the annular groove.

               10. A cover having an axis of symmetry, the cover comprising:
            an annular coupling portion;
                at least one pair of teeth formed on a radially inside surface of the annular coupling portion and projecting radially inward, wherein each pair of teeth is spaced circumferentially from each other; and
                a plurality of radially internal projections, each projection comprising a convex, radially internal end surface;
                an annular sealing lip formed at a first axial end of the cover; and
                a plurality of concave surfaces, each formed axially between the annular sealing lip and each projection of the plurality of radially internal projections.
