1. A method of drilling and completing a wellbore with a coiled tubing assembly, the method comprising:
drilling, by the coiled tubing assembly, the wellbore through a mechanically competent formation into a poorly consolidated producing formation containing a hydrocarbon; and
completing the wellbore by:
running the coiled tubing assembly from a bottom hole location to a first uphole location, the first uphole location in the poorly consolidated producing formation uphole from the bottom hole location;
pumping a permeable proppant through the coiled tubing assembly into the wellbore at the first uphole location;
pulling, while pumping the permeable proppant through the coiled tubing assembly into the wellbore, the coiled tubing assembly from the first uphole location to a second uphole location, the second uphole location in the mechanically competent formation uphole from the first uphole location;
stopping pumping the permeable proppant through the coiled tubing assembly;
removing the coiled tubing assembly from wellbore;
coupling a mesh plug to the coiled tubing assembly;
running, by the coiled tubing assembly, the mesh plug into the wellbore to the second uphole location; and
installing the mesh plug in the wellbore at the second uphole location in the mechanically competent formation.
