OG exemplary drawing

1. A MoCo hydrodesulfurization catalyst, comprising:
catalytic material comprising a molybdenum oxide and a cobalt oxide; and
a catalyst support comprising alumina; and
wherein the catalyst support further comprises carbon nanofibers dispersed on a surface of the alumina; and
wherein the MoCo hydrodesulfurization catalyst further comprises a dopant comprising boron in an amount such that the boron is present in a range of about 5 wt. % relative to total MoCo hydrodesulfurization catalyst weight,
wherein the catalytic material is homogenously dispersed on the catalyst support, and
wherein the MoCo hydrodesulfurization catalyst has a mesoporous surface area of 135-165 m2/g.
