and at least one terminal or pendant group of formula (II)

OG Complex Work Unit Chemistry
wherein R1 and R2 are, independently, selected from hydrocarbyl groups having 1 to 20 carbon atoms which optionally comprise heteroatoms or groups comprising heteroatoms, where the heteroatoms are selected from oxygen, sulfur, nitrogen and silicon, and the groups comprising heteroatoms are selected from ether, ester, amide, sulfide, haloalkyl, siloxane, urethane and urea;
R3 and R4 are, independently, selected from hydrocarbyl groups having 1 to 20 carbon atoms;
A is a methylene group;
R5 is an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms or a group of formula O—R6
R6 is an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms and
ii) at least one of a marine biocide, or a non-volatile component comprising units selected from the group consisting of hydrocarbyl, heterocarbyl, halocarbyl, ether, ester, amide, ketone, siloxane, urethane or urea groups.
