1. A vehicle seat assembly device comprising:
a base portion;
a seat cushion operating portion coupled to one side of the base portion and configured to allow a seat cushion formed with a plurality of first through holes to be disposed; and
a cover operating portion coupled to another side of the base portion, configured to allow a seat cover to be disposed, and configured to transfer the seat cover onto the seat cushion,
wherein the seat cushion operating portion is configured to fix a clip coupled to a suspender of the seat cover, to a wire located below the seat cushion, and
wherein the base portion includes
a first plate,
a plurality of first supporting stands coupled to an upper portion of the first plate, and
a second plate coupled to an upper portion of each of the first supporting stands.
