OG exemplary drawing

1. A buffing and polishing member of compressible foam material mounted to be driven on a rotatable axis comprising:
an uncompressed monolithic body of foam material having a plurality of foam fingers and a center portion, the foam body, in an uncompressed state, includes a through bore having a first diameter portion and a second larger diameter portion, and a fastening mechanism positioned in both the first and second bore diameter portions for holding the center portion of the foam body in a compressed state along the rotational axis such that the uncompressed outer ends of the foam fingers define a spherocylinder.
