1. A medical device comprising:
a sensing circuit configured to:
receive a plurality of cardiac electrical signals;
sense a first plurality of R-waves from a first cardiac electrical signal of the plurality of cardiac electrical signals; and
sense a second plurality of R-waves from a second cardiac electrical signal of the plurality of cardiac electrical signals; and
a control circuit configured to:
detect a first threshold number of tachyarrhythmia intervals from the first plurality of R-waves;
detect a second threshold number of tachyarrhythmia intervals from the second plurality of R-waves, wherein the second threshold number of tachyarrhythmia intervals is less than the first threshold number of tachyarrhythmia intervals;
detect a tachyarrhythmia episode in response to detecting at least the first threshold number of tachyarrhythmia intervals and the second threshold number of tachyarrhythmia intervals; and
a therapy delivery circuit configured to deliver an anti-tachyarrhythmia therapy in response to the control circuit detecting the tachyarrhythmia episode.
