               1. A method for removing signal noise from a signal before an electric waveform of the signal is delivered, the method comprising:
            receiving, by a first inductive coil of a filter system, the signal, comprising an the electrical waveform and the signal noise, generated by a signal generator, wherein the signal generator is coupled to the first inductive coil;
                removing, by the filter system, the signal noise from the signal so the electrical waveform remains, wherein the filter system comprises the first inductive coil electromagnetically coupled to the second inductive coil with a lightweight core separating the first inductive coil and the second inductive coil and a capacitor coupled in parallel to the second inductive coil and coupled to the electrode between the second inductive coil and the electrode; and
                delivering, by the filter system, the electric waveform to the electrode for neural stimulation or nerve block, wherein the capacitor prevents additional noise from developing in the electrical waveform at an electrode/electrolyte interface of the electrode.
