1. A process for preparing one of a patient's upper and lower jaw for a full arch teeth replacement with a coronal-only full arch dental restoration device having a body with integrally formed teeth portions corresponding in number to a number of post-extraction tooth sockets of an entire maxillary or mandibular arch of a patient, an ovate pontic portion defined on each tooth portion on a gingival side of the body, and first, second, third, and fourth abutment holes extending entirely through corresponding teeth portions from the gingival side to an occlusal/incisal side and having a longitudinal axis that is offset from vertical, the process comprising:
for every tooth in a patient's arch having fourteen teeth:
separating gingival tissue from the tooth using a high-powered laser to expose a portion of a root surface of the tooth; and
extracting the tooth to define a post-extraction root socket while substantially maintaining the patient's original alveolar bone and original keratinized gingiva, thereby defining a portion of a bony/gingival ridge along the arch corresponding to the extracted tooth, the post-extraction root socket having a longitudinal root socket axis that is offset from vertical;
waiting a period of time for newly ossifying bone to form in first, second, third, and fourth post-extraction root sockets;
installing first, second, third, and fourth socket-sized implants into the newly ossifying bone of the first, second, third, and fourth post-extraction root sockets such that a longitudinal axis of each of the socket-sized implants is substantially coaxially aligned with the longitudinal root socket axis of the corresponding post-extraction root socket and such that a threaded body of each of the socket-sized implants is located within the newly ossifying bone of the corresponding post-extraction root socket and a collar of each of the socket-sized implants is located generally above an outer cortex layer of the original alveolar bone at least partially in a gingiva layer of the corresponding post-extraction socket, the first, second, third, and fourth post-extraction root sockets located between post-extraction root sockets without an implant, wherein the first, second, third, and fourth abutment holes in the coronal-only full arch dental restoration device are alignable with the first, second, third, and fourth socket-sized implants; and
directing laser light energy of the high-powered laser at inflamed portions of the gingival tissue surrounding any of the collars of the socket-sized implants.
