an electrode;
an elongated hollow body having an internal cavity, a front end, a rear end, an external surface, and a retractable electrode mount slidably arranged within said body, said electrode mount configured and arranged to receive said electrode;
a first button for controlling a current flow at a first level to said electrode and arranged on said external surface;
a vacuum tube slidably engaged by said body and having an inlet generally facing said front end, said vacuum tube surrounding said electrode mount, said vacuum tube having a shroud disposed at a distal end of said vacuum tube, said shroud operable to slidably move between an extended position toward said front end and a retracted position toward said rear end along a surface of said vacuum tube such that said shroud circumscribes said electrode and covers said electrode in said extended position and exposes said electrode in the retracted position;
a vacuum outlet port arranged near said rear end of said body; and
wherein said outlet port, internal cavity, and vacuum inlet are in fluid communication with each other.
