1. A base mixture comprising:
an aqueous phase comprising:
a proportion of water;
a proportion of salt dissolved in the proportion of water;
a proportion of calcium dissolved in the proportion of water;
a proportion of plant-extracted proteins configured to form a barrier between the aqueous phase and oil droplets of an oil phase;
a proportion of starches configured to stabilize the aqueous phase and the oil phase; and
a proportion of sweeteners; and
an oil phase:
comprising a volume of oil droplets dispersed throughout the aqueous phase and immiscible in the aqueous phase; and
configured to cooperate with the aqueous phase to form an emulsion excluding dairy proteins and configured to form a consumable non-dairy product.
