1. A hard surface treatment powder comprising:
(a) a peroxide source;
(b) an acyl group donor; and
(c) an alkalinity source;
the alkalinity source being present at a weight percentage of about 30% to about 70% and the molar ratio of the acyl group donor to the peroxide source being a molar ratio of about 1 acyl group donor to about 2 or more of the peroxide source;
wherein the hard surface treatment powder:
1) is flowable;
2) is ambient moisture activatable at a relative humidity of about 5%;
3) is substantially free of one or more quaternary ammonium compounds; and
4) has a pH of from about 7 to about 10.5, wherein the hard surface treatment powder is formulated to maintain the pH when dissolved in whole or in part by water.
