1. An apparatus for wireless communication, comprising:
at least one memory; and
at least one processor coupled to the at least one memory, wherein the apparatus is configured to:
transmit, within at least one slot of a first cell associated with a first subcarrier spacing (SCS), up to a maximum number of downlink control information (DCI) for one or more second cells, wherein:
the one or more second cells are associated with one or more second SCSs; and
the maximum number of DCI is based on the first SCS of the first cell and a second SCS of the one or more second SCSs of the one or more second cells.
