1. A method, comprising:
receiving a communication;
determining, based at least in part on a property associated with the communication, whether the communication is associated with a particular originating domain;
when it is determined that the communication is associated with the particular originating domain, associating a tag with the communication, the tag indicating a particular attestation level for the communication;
routing, based at least in part on the tag, the communication to a signing server or to a routing engine; and
when the communication is routed to the signing server, providing an attestation of the communication at the particular attestation level.
