1. A power converter, comprising:
a switched capacitor circuit comprising a plurality of fly capacitors and a plurality of switches, wherein the plurality of switches are controllable to change the switched capacitor circuit from a first state to a second state; and
a controller circuit to provide a control signal to enable a first on-resistance of at least one switch of the plurality of switches associated with a first drive voltage or a second on-resistance of the at least one switch of the plurality of switches associated with a second drive voltage;
wherein the controller circuit provides the control signal to select the second drive voltage during a transition interval of the switched capacitor circuit transitioning between a first mode of operation and a second mode of operation; and
wherein the controller circuit provides the control signal to select the first drive voltage during the first mode of operation and the second mode of operation.
