1. An electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary battery, comprising:
an organic solvent;
a lithium salt;
a compound represented by Chemical Formula 1; and
a compound represented by Chemical Formula 2:

wherein, in Chemical Formula 1, R1 to R4 are each independently hydrogen, a C1-C6 alkyl group or a halogen-substituted C1-C6 alkyl group,
wherein in Chemical Formula 2, R5 is a halogen, a C1-C6 alkyl group, a C2-C6 alkenyl group, a halogen-substituted C1-C6 alkyl group or a halogen-substituted C2-C6 alkenyl group, and
R6 to R11 are each independently hydrogen, halogen, a C1-C6 alkyl group, a C2-C6 alkenyl group, a halogen-substituted C1-C6 alkyl group or a halogen-substituted C2-C6 alkenyl group,
wherein a total content of the compound represented by Chemical Formula 1 and the compound represented by Chemical Formula 2 is in a range from 0.1 wt % to 20 wt % based on a total weight of the electrolyte solution.
