1. A method of manufacturing a composite enclosure for explosive reactive armor (ERA), said method comprising:
providing a first ply of fiber sheet material;
laying said first ply of fiber sheet material over a generally prismatic mold such that abutting edges of said first ply define a first seam;
providing a second ply of fiber sheet material;
laying said second ply of fiber sheet material over said first ply such that abutting edges of said second ply define a second seam that is offset from said first seam of said first ply;
curing resin infused in said first and said second plies; and
separating said composite enclosure from said mold; and wherein
said composite enclosure includes a bottom and a plurality of sidewalls extending from said bottom; and
said bottom and said plurality of sidewalls are continuous and define an internal volume.
