1. A heat dissipating device using turbulent flow, the device comprising:
a block body in which a plurality of block flow paths through which a working fluid flows are formed side by side;
a first cap coupled to a side surface formed at a first end of the block body, and in which a connection flow path connecting between the block flow paths is formed;
a second cap coupled to a side surface formed at a second end of the block body, and in which connection flow path connecting between the block flow paths is formed; and
a turbulence generator installed inside the block flow paths to make a flow of the working fluid turbulent, with finishing end portions formed at opposite ends thereof being supported by the first cap and the second cap.
