1. A system comprising:
a memory that stores computer executable components;
a processor, operably coupled to the memory, that executes the computer executable components stored in the memory, wherein the computer executable components comprise:
a cooling component that:
determines whether an oven requires cooling based on predicting an amount of excess heat associated with a bake of the oven, and
in response to determining that the oven does require cooling, distributes an amount of coolant necessary to dissipate the predicted amount of excess heat from a coolant reservoir to a coolant pathway, wherein the coolant pathway extends from a bottom portion of the oven to a top portion of the oven, and wherein a phase change of the coolant powers a generator that generates electricity, which is stored in a battery; and
a power monitoring component that determines whether a power supply for the oven is interrupted, and, in response to determining that the power supply for the oven is interrupted, supplies the electricity from the battery to the oven.
