1. A method of culturing cells, comprising: a) providing i) induced pluripotent stem cell-derived (iPSC-derived) organoids and ii) a fluidic device comprising a membrane, said membrane comprising a top surface and a bottom surface; b) disaggregating said iPSC-derived organoids into single cells; c) seeding said single cells on said top or bottom surface of said membrane; and d) culturing said seeded cells under flow conditions that support the maturation and/or differentiation of said seeded cells into intestinal cells.
