1. A curable composition, comprising:
a curable resin and
a magnetic body,
wherein the magnetic body comprises magnetic particles and a surface treatment agent present on a surface of the magnetic particles,
wherein the surface treatment agent has an acid value in a range of 10 to 400 mg KOH/g, or an amine value in a range of 5 to 400 mg KOH/g.
