1. A method of producing a radioactive metal-labeled chelated targeting agent, the method comprising:
adding a radioactive metal selected from the group consisting of 90Y, 153Sm, 165Dy, 165Er, 166Ho, and 177Lu to a mixture of a chelated targeting agent selected from the group consisting of a low-molecular-weight compound, a peptide, a protein, an antibody, an antibody fragment, and a nucleic acid chelated with at least one member selected from the group consisting of
and at least one buffer selected from the group consisting of benzoic acid, maleic acid, and salts thereof to form a complex between the radioactive metal and the chelated targeting agent,
wherein a pH of a reaction liquid at the time of labelling of the chelated targeting agent with the radioactive metal is adjusted to fall within a range of the pKa value of the buffer plus or minus 1.5.
