1. A wearable device for capturing a video of a health care of a user comprising:
a camera;
a communication circuitry; and
at least one processor, wherein the at least one processor is configured to:
establish a communication connection with an external device attached to an exterior of an object for the health care through the communication circuitry,
receive an activation data causing an activation of the camera from the external device through the communication circuitry, wherein the activation data is generated based on ambient light values and motion values obtained by the external device,
activate the camera based on the activation data to obtain the video related to the health care of the user,
receive, from the external device, an identification data related to a type of the object for determining a time period for activating the camera, through the communication circuitry,
when the identification data corresponds to a first identification data related to a first type of the object, obtain the video by activating the camera for a first time period based on the first identification data, and
when the identification data obtained corresponds to a second identification data related to a second type of the object, obtain the video data by activating the camera for a second time period based on the second identification data.
