1. A method performed by a network entity in a wireless network, the method comprising:
identifying, by the network entity, a Data Radio Bearer (DRB) associated with multiple logical channels;
identifying, by the network entity, a total Prioritized Bit Rate (PBR) value for the DRB;
determining a packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) distribution scheme; and
determining, by the network entity, a value for each logical channel of the multiple logical channels associated with the DRB based on the total PBR value for the DRB,
wherein the total PBR value for the DRB is distributed to each logical channel based on the PDCP distribution scheme, and
wherein the PDCP distribution scheme comprises at least one of a sequential distribution, a random distribution, a block distribution, a batch distribution, or an uplink split threshold-based distribution.
