1. A method of receiving physical downlink control channels (PDCCHs) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
identifying a first common search space (CSS) set for multicast;
identifying a second CSS set, other than the first CSS set;
allocating PDCCH candidates for the second CSS set; and
allocating remaining PDCCH candidates to the first CSS set for multicast or to a UE-specific search space (USS) set for unicast, wherein:
when an index of the first CSS set for multicast is smaller than an index of the USS set for unicast, the remaining PDCCH candidates are first allocated to the first CSS set for multicast, and
when the index of the first CSS set for multicast is larger than the index of the USS set for unicast, the remaining PDCCH candidates are first allocated to the USS set for unicast.
