1. A wireless device comprising:
one or more processors; and
memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the wireless device to:
receive downlink control information (DCI) indicating switching to an uplink carrier;
determine, based on whether the uplink carrier is a licensed carrier or an unlicensed carrier, to:
transmit a confirmation for switching to the uplink carrier in response to the uplink carrier being the unlicensed carrier; and
not transmit the confirmation for switching to the uplink carrier in response to the uplink carrier being the licensed carrier; and
based on the uplink carrier being the unlicensed carrier, transmit the confirmation after switching to the uplink carrier.
