1. A computer-implemented system for providing a college student with blue-phone in pocket functionality, said computer-implemented system comprising:
configuring each of one or more student client devices for displaying a blue phone screen, said blue phone screen comprising: a request help button;
configuring a server for communicating with each of the one or more student client devices; configuring each of the one or more student client devices for transmitting to the server, upon toggling of the request help button, each of: a name of the student, contact information of the student, the time of day when the request help button was toggled, and the GPS location of the student client device when the request help button was toggled;
configuring the server for communicating to a campus security operation center (SOC), upon toggling of the first panic mode button, each of: the name of the student, the contact information of the student, the time of day when the request help button was toggled, and the GPS location of the student client device when the request help button was toggled;
further comprising: configuring each of one or more student client devices for automatically transmitting imagery from its camera to the server, when the request help button is toggled; and configuring the server for communicating said transmitted imagery to the campus SOC and each of one or more student client devices for automatically transmitting video from its camera to the server, when the request help button is toggled.
