1. An apparatus configured to provide a non-real time (RT) Radio Access Network (RAN) intelligent controller (RIC) in Open Radio Access Network (O-RAN), the apparatus comprising:
processing circuitry configured to:
use a plurality of rApps configured to provide a plurality of functions;
manage the plurality of rApps, management of the plurality of rApps comprising lifecycle management (LCM) and fault, configuration, accounting, performance, and security (FCAPS) of the plurality of rApps;
perform conflict mitigation and security functions, the conflict mitigation to address conflicting messages generated from different rApps;
monitor machine learning (ML) performance via a ML performance monitor;
provide a ML model catalog that indicates whether a specific ML mode and what type or number of ML models can be executed in a ML inference host; and
provide a plurality of interface terminations; and
a memory configured to store ML data and Near-RT RIC related information in a database.
