1. A method for performing, by a first apparatus, wireless communication, the method comprising:
receiving a radio resource control (RRC) message including information related to a first sidelink (SL) resource from a base station;
receiving first downlink control information (DCI) related to an activation of the first SL resource at a first time point from the base station, through a first physical downlink control channel (PDCCH), wherein the first DCI includes information related to a first physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource for reporting hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback information;
receiving second DCI related to a release of the first SL resource at a second time point from the base station, through a second PDCCH;
transmitting a transport block (TB) between the second time point and a third time point, to a second apparatus through a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) based on the first SL resource; and
transmitting HARQ feedback information for the TB to the base station based on the first PUCCH resource,
wherein the first SL resource is released from the third time point,
wherein the first time point is before the second time point, and wherein the second time point is before the third time point,
wherein the HARQ feedback information for the TB is NACK information, regardless of whether the first apparatus succeeds in the transmission of the TB, and
wherein a second SL resource for retransmitting the TB in response to the NACK information is not allocated by the base station, from a fourth time point when the base station determines that the first apparatus has received the second DCI.
