1. An apparatus comprising at least one processor and at least one memory storing instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the apparatus at least to:
receive information relating to a power level of a radio beam received by an antenna array;
analyse a radio beam power profile associated with the antenna array;
determine, based on the radio beam power profile, a characteristic of a radio channel, wherein the characteristic of the radio channel comprises a radio channel in a static environment or a radio channel in a dynamically changing environment, wherein the radio channel is determined to be a radio channel in a static environment in response to determining that a parameter value relating to mobility of the radio channel is below a predetermined mobility threshold value, and the radio channel is determined to be a radio channel in a dynamically changing environment in response to determining that a parameter value relating to mobility of the radio channel is above a redetermined mobility threshold value;
calculate, based on the characteristic, an optimum radio beam gain of the antenna array, wherein an optimum radio beam gain in a static environment comprises a radio beam gain provided by the narrowest radio beam, and an optimum radio beam gain in a dynamic environment comprises a radio beam gain provided by the widest radio beam; and
estimate a link budget based on the optimum radio beam gain of the antenna array and the information relating to the power level of the radio beam received by the antenna array,
wherein the estimated link budget comprises a first estimated link budget for a first antenna array and the least one memory are configured to with the at least one processor, cause the apparatus to estimate a second link budget for a second antenna array,
wherein the at least one memory are configured to with the at least one processor, cause the apparatus to perform antenna array selection based on the first estimated link budget and the second estimated link budget.
