receiving, by a service visualization system, a plurality of patient data respectively associated with a plurality of patients of a service facility, the service facility including a plurality of service units, each patient of the plurality of patients assigned to a service unit of the plurality of service units;
inputting, by the service visualization system, the plurality of patient data into a classification model of the service visualization system, the classification model trained to output a classification for a patient, the classification being associated with at least one of: (1) a predicted admission to a first service unit of the plurality of service units, or (2) a predicted discharge from a second service unit of the plurality of service units;
determining, by the classification model, a classification for each patient of the plurality of patients;
assigning, by the service visualization system, each respective patient to a respective patient group based at least in part on the classification of the respective patient, the classification being common with members of the respective patient group;
determining, by the service visualization system, a recommendation associated with at least one of: (1) servicing a first service resource associated with a third service unit, or (2) procuring a second service resource associated with a fourth service unit, the recommendation based at least in part on the classifications for the plurality of patients; and
providing, by the service visualization system, the recommendation for presentation on a user device of a patient care provider for use in coordinating patient care among the plurality of service units of the service facility.
