10. An audio signal decoding method, comprising:
parsing a bitstream to obtain a decoded frequency-domain coefficient of a current frame;
parsing the bitstream to obtain a first identifier, wherein the first identifier indicates whether to perform long-term prediction (LTP) processing on the current frame, or the first identifier indicates whether to perform LTP processing on the current frame and/or indicates a frequency band on which LTP processing is to be performed and that is of the current frame; and
processing the decoded frequency-domain coefficient of the current frame based on the first identifier to obtain a frequency-domain coefficient of the current frame.
