1. A method of addressing a short-circuit failure associated with reference voltage lines in a display device, the method comprising:
identifying whether moisture permeates the reference voltage lines; and
removing the moisture from the reference voltage lines based on identification of moisture permeation into the reference voltage lines,
wherein the removing the moisture from the reference voltage lines comprises applying a reference voltage to the reference voltage lines,
wherein the applying the reference voltage to the reference voltage lines comprises repeatedly turning on and off a reference voltage switch that applies the reference voltage to the reference voltage lines.
