1. An information processing apparatus analyzing at least one video captured by at least one camera, the information processing apparatus comprising:
at least one memory storing instructions; and
at least one processor configured to execute the instructions to:
acquire high-risk time and space information indicating a spatial region with an increased possibility of an accident occurring or of a crime being committed and at least one of a corresponding with time slot and a corresponding date;
identify, from among the spatial region and the time slot indicated by the high-risk time and space information, a spatial region where surveillance is to be conducted which is at least a portion of the spatial region and a time slot when surveillance is to be conducted, on the basis of the video;
identify a past video in the spatial region and time slot indicated by high-risk time and space information as an analysis target, analyze the analysis target, and acquire information on a possible surveillance target; and
regulate, in accordance with a number of pieces of information on the possible surveillance target, at least one of the priority of a place where a surveillance is to be conducted and a time when surveillance is to be conducted.
