1. A method of extracting and displaying postural measurements from patient data, comprising:
retrieving, by a processor of a computing device, the patient data from memory, the patient data comprising a geometric mesh representation of a patient, the geometric mesh representation including a plurality of data points corresponding to spatial coordinates of a plurality of vertices in three dimensions;
determining, by the processor, at least one reference geometry along the geometric mesh representation at a fixed position with respect to the spatial coordinates;
determining, by the processor, a plurality of landmarks corresponding to one of skeletal or soft tissue anatomy for the patient;
determining, by the processor, a plurality of postural deviations of the patient by comparing the at least one reference geometry and the plurality of landmarks, at least one of the plurality of postural deviations being an amount of structural misalignment of at least a portion of the geometric mesh representation;
determining, by the processor, a first body risk score from a first subset of the plurality of postural deviations corresponding to a first body area, and a second body risk score from a second subset of the plurality of postural deviations corresponding to a second body area;
adjusting at least one of the first body risk score or the second body risk score by a weighting factor;
determining, by the processor, a combined risk score from the first body risk score and the second body risk score, comprising normalizing at least one of the first body risk score or the second body risk score by a worst case body risk score corresponding to the first body area or the second body area; and
displaying, by a display of the computing device, a graphical user interface indicating the combined risk score.
